labeling problem
apparently there was a labeling problem on the boxes of the phones...so all phones had to be shipped back to receive need labeling...seems like a lie to me but this is what the verizon person told me on the phone today...she read me the e-mail that they received and it now states the release for the 1st of july...i can't wait any longer i don't care if my box is messed up as long as the works

I work for VZW...your "verizon person" was correct...it is pushed back till july 1st (which isn't that bad)
It was a labeling problem, indeed. I don't know the specifics but i can probably guess that the labels of ESN's on the boxes didnt match the ESN's on the phones....

not the end of the world, a few days extra isnt too bad, altho some stores already recv theirs, so r they sending em back?

rofl... so the audiovox 9900 is also the same story? also sent back for relabeling? interesting how VZW has the worlds excuses do delay phones... must be a hobby or a marketing trick... 😕
