This may be a stupid question but...

I know that the 7000 can send videos. I was told that it cannot receive videos from other phones. Is that true? If so, what's the point?

It can receive videos...period.

I saw it today from a Vendor that came in the call center to show the employees(VZW) what it looks like. cool phone...a little big though.

it can hold 30 15sec video clips and 200 pictures...not bad eehh.
