I plan on purchasing this phone, and i live in NJ. Is it up here yet or no? I was wondering what it costs for all of you have been to the store to check it out.

Mine was $299, less $70 rebate, so $229. That was a two year contract for an additional line on an existing plan. don't know about retail or 1 year prices...sorry, didn't care in my situation so I didn't pay attention.

I thought the price was 249.99 with a 2 year contract?! Then $70 off with the rebate.
