Do you have to sign up with the $4.99/month package or can you use mobile web when you want? What additional pricing (besides air time) is there?

$4.99 month for access plus airtime. Totally worth it!!! MB 2.0 puts the original MB to shame!!! Call Verizon store to add to your account...call them to take it off if you don't want access anymore.
