love it so far
getting used to it and am loving it and can see why ecko n aldcon n others choose this over that POS MOTO 710.The screen is so cool!!! BTW, pricing is a funny thing w some places at 349 n others at 399. I paid 299 w a 70 rebate for 1 year. Figuring in 10 months Ill upgrade to a 8000 or whatever.

I'm loving this phone too! I'm going to return it after 15 days though so I can also check out the V710 when it comes out, even if I have to wait.
I'm definatly happy with it so far, I just don't know why they couldn't include speaker phone with it! Have you heard how nice a clear you sound when you record a memo or ringtone or whatever? That's sounds clear enough to be used as a speakerphone...

how cool r the scrolling the contacts? way cooler n clearer n easier then the 6000. Its a pleasure to text also. Very EZ. Forget the 710, u know that its gonna have to many issues. I recommend u get this and in 6-9 months get the 8000. My 2centavos

Yes! I have much trust in LG's quality. I had/have LG VX3100 before that, and it's a great quality built phone, but doesn't have colorscreen or camera. That's why I was/am so anxious to upgrade.
I was thinking of doing what you recommended. I'm definatly going to get the LG VX8000 in 8 months no matter which phone I end up with right now.
