ring & vibrate at same time?

Can the VX7000 be set to ring and also vibrate at the same time?

I move from quiet office and out onto noisy airport and related facilities and have missed calls because I didn't know my current phone was ringing.

Yes. The vibrate and ring can be set separately under the Call Sounds menu (Menu>Settings & Tools>2. Sounds>2. Call Sounds).
