You can erase the annoying eri banner on inside and out 🙂. All you have to do is notch out the connector so it fits the 7000...It's a perfect fit, not loose at all. Bitpim only reads phonebook and Filesystem..revisions will allow you to add wallpaper and ringtones

You have to use a razor or some cutting tool too notch out the part of the cable that attaches to the phone. Yes it works, although bitpim doesn't officiallly support this phone but you can add ringers and wallpaper by replacing/overwriting recorded ringers and wallpapers

When I add phone numbers and contacts from bitpim and send them to the phone, it will not add them to the phone. what do I need to do

There is no version of bitpim that officially works w/ the 7000. The phone is too new. The only things that I have found to work is extracting your phone book and adding mp3's and pics throught the Filesystem tab of bitpim.
