it depends because the 710 and the 7000 are high end phones...meaning they cost alot wholesale...that is why they are selling the phone for 250..the 710 will probably be 300..same guy told me what the 7000 price was and he was right..I think verizon shouldnt drop the price because if they do every 12 year old is going to have one...verizon needs to have a few phones that the average joe cant have...those PEOPLE THAT WANT TO SPEND..WILL SPEND...like us people that already have the phone..

BUT from what i have been hearing, verizon has been waiting for expensive handsets to sell

The list price of the phone is $249.00. Of that you get a $70 rebate. Now it is $179.99. And every 2 years Verizon will give you $100 towards a new phone.
Hence total $80.

Well, hmm, what plan did you originally sign up for? Ah, yes, VERIZON. And unless you've been suddenly struck by amnesia, you should remember the last time you signed up for or updated your VERIZON plan. And if you can remember that, you should know how long you signed up for your VERIZON plan and when 2 years would be after that. So hmm, this is a tough one. Who should you contact to find out information about your VERIZON plan? Your ...

It's less, actually. I paid $70 for the phone. I think it's because I didn't want the accessories package with the phone. Perhaps Verizon tacks that cost in automatically?
