LG VX-7000
LG 7000 or Samsung A670 ???
Need help deciding between these two camera phones. With rebates and new every two, the cost to me would be $80 for the 7000 and $0 for the A670. Any opinions would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

try both..there are 15 day trials on each phone..i recommend u stay with the 7000..the samsung video camera screen is soo small and everything..

Yeah seriously. I switched my samsung a670 today for the lg 7000. I needed louder ringers and alarms. Im sorry the only reason I chose the samsung was because of it size, and honestly speaking the reception wasn't that great. Ringers where low and alram only had 1 which for me I needed 3..HEHEHE I ended up paying the difference. 86 with tax.

I need help on changing that tacky title screen thats on the main menu that says the message,contacts icon , the reception and battery length. Techgal77 or anyone else who owns this phone do you know how to change the color of it?

I don't think anyone has successfully changed the items you've mentioned. I've read some have tried using a futuredial cable and bitpim but no success stories to date that I'm aware of. I'm afraid you're stuck with it unless LG/VZW come out with a software upgrade that allows you to change it.
I'm much happier with this LG than with the Samsung I had for 15 days. It just didn't work. Unreliable incoming calls and just weird Samsung quirks that makes me crazy! LG is the phone, Samsung is Gaysung (but that is just my opinion). 😎

If it were me I would choose the 7000. If you are looking to send video messages. If you want the video capabilty and the nice camera feature and a small phone go with the 670. It's a tough one. The 7000 allows you to put pix on the front display and you are also able to record your own ringer.
