Ending a call with side button...
I used to have an LG VX4400 which had the capability to end a call by hitting the side button twice. I checked the 7000's manual, and apparently it's supposed work, but isn't. When I hit the side button twice on an incoming call, all it does is quiet the ringer.
The only way to 'end a call' now is to change the setting to answer calls by hitting the 'send button' instead of on 'flip-open'.
I used to use this feature all the time. If it's functioning properly on everybody else's, please let me know.

My 7000 does not seem to have this feature. I tested it 7 ways to Sunday but to no avail. So I believe it is just lacking that option and not an issue with your phone.

I've noticed this lack of a feature. If you use the voice dialing and a hands free head set, the only way to actually end the call is either open the phone or use a head set with an end call button - which is what I try to use now, all the time.

Which headset are you using that has the end-call button?
