I understand VZW has a 15 day policy, will they allow you to switch phones, try the second one then switch back again?

you have 15 days to return your equipment. so from the day you start your account, you have 15 days to cancel it. you don't get a phone for 0 days, return it, and get another 15 days with that phone. I think thas what you were asking. if not.. please specify.

i heard that lets say u get a brand new moto v710, and you return it to the store within the 15 day trial time, and u ask for a lg vx7000, you'll actually get a refurbished/used vx 7000. cuz im pretty sure i read that somewhere.

is this true?

If its within your 15 return policy, you should get a NEW 7000.

Now say you have a 710 and in 1 month, you have a problem with it charging and it won't hold a charge. They will replace it with a FRU phone (Field Replacement Unit). These phones are refurbished. If the phone is so new that they don't have any refurbs, you will get a new one.

Hope that helps.
