u cant because its PRL (PREFFERED ROAMING LIST) driven. for instance, if u remember taking the phone out of its packaging the verizon wireless logo wasnt there because the prl had not been updated (u update this using *228 option 1 or 2) the minute the prl is updated the verizon wireless logo appears. if u dont have a prl in the phone there is a good chance u could pick up someone elses network and we all know that isnt cheap when u do that.

becareful with the one on ebay i ordered one and the only thing it does is charge my phone, and i wish i had never bought it because i already had a charger for my phone. make sure it doesnt say charger and usb cable cus it didnt work
