will the Motorola V878 be offered by cingular?
Cingular probably won't carry this phone. Any phones that Cingular will come out with will be 850/1900 MHz GSM. This phone is 800/1900/1800 GSM. This phone won't pick up on Cingular's 850. You might be able to find an independent authorized agent that will sell it to use with cingular, but Cingular won't carry it in their handset line-up.
