Nokia 6620

How well does this phone sync with Outlook? Will the phone list several phone numbers under one name? Does the phone sync Outlook tasks and notes? Any info is much appreciated.

How do I stop the 'G' from blinking in the top left hand corner?

I mistakenly punched some buttons on connecting to mMode but the blinking won't go away (it's been more than 24 hours)

I have the latest version of Nokia PC Suite (6.41.6, downloaded from USA site 2-24-05) installed on my PC.

If I add a new note to Outlook on my PC, it transfers to my 6620 without a problem, and if I add a new note to the 6620, it transfers to Outlook without a problem.

However if I delete or modify an existing note in Outlook, the same note in the phone is NOT deleted or modified. The same is true in the opposite direction.

Regarding the settings in Nokia PC Sync: Calender/To-do items, Contact Items, and Notes Items are all checked off under "What to Synchronize".

Am I the only one experiencing this? It seriously hampers the usefulness of Notes in both the phone and Outlook. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you!

I really like this phone, but have some questions... I would really appreciate some help.
1- How good is the sync with outlook? I am about to throw away my palm!
2- What is the biggest MMC that anyone has been able to successfully use? I plan to use it as an MP3 as well, and want to make sure that it can handle at least a 512MB card
3- How good is the quality of sound with the Nokia headphones
4- Not sure how much does 500KB or 3MB of Internet access really gives you?

Help! Here's the situation:

Put the original 32MB mmc into a "sandisk" card reader, loaded a song, put the card back in my phone and poof-- I turn the phone on and it's stuck on a white screen (no Nokia logo at all). I tried taking out the battery in the back and restart but it still comes back whiter than ever. Even tried connecting to a charger but that didn't help either.

Just wondering if anyone can help b/c Nokia's help line is only open when I'm at work and their support site sucks. Someone please help!

Both surf any web site on the web, not just phone-optimized ones.

In addition, the Treo can handle sites with JavaScript forms, allowing you to buy a hotel room on Priceline, for example.

I'm struggling a little bit to understand the reality of browsing with the 6620.

Nokia (Finland) invented the cellphones,and always will be step or two ahead other brandnames. This phone speak for itselfs....

when people call me on my 6620 it shows two of the same caller id. it has the white bubble type with an overlay of a rectangled caller id box with the same number over it. the overlayed one disappears after a little bit but when my friend had the same , literal, phone and it didnt do it for her. it is an unlocked att 6620, and i am using t-mob service on it firmware 2.14.1

Allright, I bluetoothed some pics and a couple of mp3s over to my 6620 and it accepted them as a "bluetooth message". I was able to create 2 new folders, 1 for pics and 1 for tunes. They seem to be stuck in the message prog. I can't open them from their respective folders, nor can I move them anywhere out of messages. Am I doing something wrong or am I beating a dead horse? I spent quite a while reading the book and have gotten nowhere. What good Samaritan among you can point me in the right direction?

i had a nokia 3200 i loved it but the camera was fuzzy then it got wet and never worked again and water damage isnt on insurance i had it for two months... i now have the nokia 6200 i dont like it its boring now i cant decide the 6620 or the 6230 i like the 6620s looks but i dont know any advise would help
