Is the cable that comes with verizon's mobile office kit a true Motorola cable?

Is it? Please say yes. Don't answer unless you ordered the v710 mobile office kit for 39.99... I just got shafted by a company I did a lot of serial cables through, and their USB cabels are "house brand" and suck butt and don't work with MPT/PST...
