I have had this phone for over 2 weeks now. I finally got mad enough to call Motorola about the problem with the bluetooth. They said to contact Verizon. Which I did.

Spoke with Tier 1- Dang these people are ignorant.

Transfered to Tier 2-This girl said they didn't know about this issue so I asked for her Supervisor.

Spoke with James Afni. He called Motorola while I was on hold. Came back and said he had heard nothing about the bluetooth functionality problem. He told me that its ridiculous that its not fully functional(Politics) He said that moto hasn't even been given the go on a software upgrade and that Late Nov would be the target date. He is going to check with the higher ups at Verizon and see if he can find anything else out...

I have spoken to Mot about this but their call center is in India or Pakistan (or some God forbidden place) and it's like talking to a box of rocks. However, the "rock" I spoke to did say that Mot was aware of the issue but gave no hint about any software upgrades (I'm not surprised).

I also have spoke to VZW Care (I have access to the business care group) and they were aware but again, no indication of if or when the BT issue will be resolved.

Keep letting VZW & Mot know of this issue as "pressure" does work.
