when i watch a video clip, say 20 min long, about half way through my video stops and my phone reboots itself????? any ideas 😕

Don't watch 20 minute clips? 🙂 No clue on that one... possibly post the clip and I'll try it on the phones at the kiosk?

i don't. i watch a 10 min clip, then wonder what happened to my phone. 🤣 its the clip on voxell's site.the nick swardson clip.

cat, maybe this would be a good time to cut the vids into 5 min clips!?!?! bypass this bug in the video playback of longer vids

i just checked the nick swardson video with quicktime and no skips or pauses, so the bug must be in the phone player..i'll have to cut dwon the new vids to 5 min or so to avoid the bug

may not be a bug. the phone probably is not made to play vids this long????? 😁

i dont think its the length, it might be in the coding of the video. i have a family guy episode that freezes in the same spot(around the two minute mark). if i fast forward past that point it plays fine
