Motorola V710

Has anyone else noticed that when using the Mobile Web app there is a portion of the screen just under the icons that shouldn't be there? It is the same horizontal bar that is behind the 'Main Menu' label when the menu is active. On my phone it 'pushes' the screen down and causes the '4 More' and '8 Subscriptions' buttons to be hidden behind the strip on the bottom that displays the Back, menu icon and Select lables. What's odd is that there is a picture on the back of the box the phone came in that shows the browser screen without the bar there. There is also an image on the CD guide that came with the phone that shows the browser screen without the bar. Is there a setting that allows you to get rid of this. My apologies if this is a known...
