Motorola V710

I do not recommend getting any software from Handango even if you go through Motorola. I got my v710 phone for the bluetooth capability and Motorola and Handango recommended the moble phone tool kit for that purpose...they fail to mention that the kit will not work with bluetooth right now because SOMETIME this year they will have a update so it'll work. I tried the refund method on net and I tried calling them.( a few times)...no returned calls and their emails just tells me to do what I already have done. To me it is fraud and or extreme public relations on their part. They should inform what works and do not work before anyone purchase their product and should send refunds promptly when it is their fault.
