Camera Broken? Weird Colors showing up. Help!
Hi,
I am pretty sure I read about this problem before, but I searched for it and couldn't find the answer. I'm on a phone connection so it's really slow.
Today when I tried to take a pic, it came out weird with all these weird colors. It was kind of blotchy. It was almost like it was some kind of special effect. You know when you blow a bubble with soap bubbles and you get all these cool colors like red, blue that's what it looks like. It is almost like it's overexposed or something.
I called VZW, they think it may be broken. Has anyone had this problem and was it fixeable or did they replace the phone. Can they transfer the phone book?Will they charge you for it??????? Thanks, Jn

I don't think the camera is broken. I bought the V710 as well and then the camera quality was horrible...there were blue and red dots and noise everywhere! I would return it and get the VX7000 if you are still in the 15 day return period...trust me u are going to have more problems with the phone. 😉

Well, my experience with the V710 was horrible and I love my VX7000...so I guess it's personal opinion

the camera is not that bad. if it is broken they will replace it and change your phone book,there should't be a charge. it's a great phone 😁
