Have you tried opening MY COMPUTER and looking for the additional drives there? Depending on the number of drives on your system, Dazzle may show up as the last two drives.

Ok this is getting annoying now. I just got a new reader, the motorola one from the website, and the same thing is happening, the computer says found new hardware, but no new removable device shows up under my computer. Can anyone please help?

Thanks

urhmm... I'm gonna chalk this one up to windows ME's lack of real driver support... the trick with the readers is, as soon as oyu open them, throw the cd out... its worthless... and, if anything, just screws your system up even more.

Don't know if this will be of any help - Sponge is much more knowledgeable than I am.

I use Lexar multi card reader/writer and XP (not ME). The drives show up under "my computer - Devices with Removable Storage" as drives G, H, I, J

I also find the computer struggles to access these drives if I have other programs open. When I close everything (other than sys tray) the drives access easily.
