I purchased the Motorola V710 6 weeks ago & was very happy with the phone; however, this morning the screen died on me already. Radio Shack wants to send out the phone for 7 - 10 days, but one of the salesman say it could be 2 months!! No loner phoner, no phone swap...any similar experiences??? Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks
