what happens to returned phones?
when someone returns a phone to a Verizon store, do they put it back in stock for resale or is it no longer considered a new phone and sold as refurbished?

As far as I can tell from talking to other vzw employees they are sent to the manufacturer, refurbished and sent back to the store to be used as replacements any time after the first month.
