Switching Speakerphone during a call

If I have the speaker phone set to on, and answer a call with it ... how can you switch it back to holding the handset to your head?

I know if I turn my bluetooth headset on it will automatically switch over to that. But I don't see a way to manually turn speakerphone off while ON a call.

Just turn the speaker off using the same button that you would use to turn it on. It should transfer your call to the internal handset speaker.
