lost ring tone
has anyone else had the problem of lost ring assignments? I'm not sure when this happens but it does only on one contact
...
I've experienced this several times & have been unable to determine exactly what is causing it.
Last time it happened, I was having someone call me & then using the HS820 to pick up the call [which is really slow BTW, but that's another discussion]. AFTER that, the same person called me again, and the association to the ringer-id had been lost even tho it still was listed as associated. I changed the ringer-id for that # to none & then set it back to what it was & it appears working now.
