but i forgot how to make mp3 into ringtones using itunes. i forget how to change the bitrate, i remember thier use to be a really good ling for this. if anyone has the link or can help me at all please do.

Whoa there partner. I use Nero to convert. It has Lame MP3 built in and you can just reencode files to whatever bitrate you want. It also comes with Nero Wave Editor which I use to shorten sound files.
Sorry I dont know much about iTunes though.

AND I HAD A CUSTOMER COME INTO THE STORE THE OTHER DAY, SAID THAT HE BOUGHT A BLUETOOTH CONNECTOR FOR HIS COMPUTER, AND IT WILL ALLOW HIM TO TRANSFER INFO. DO YOU THINK THIS WORKS?

you need to buy the mp3 encoder "upgrade" for nero... its less than $15 last I checked... I use nero to transcode also...
BT won't let you transfer files at all... just voice and internet (QNC/nat-access(1x))
