Motorola V710
CALENDAR REMINDER PROBLEMS!!!
This will work in the Verizon store but after about 5-10 alerts this function ceases to function. Moto tells me to take the phone to Verizon and I do. They change the phone and it does the same thing AGAIN. Been through 3 phones so far. Is anyone else having this problem or know know to fix this problem? Thanks.

I haven't played around with the reminder function as of yet. Has anyone used the reminder function extensively??? Does it work as expected???
Thanx.

Yep...checked the alarm tone. The Verizon guys checked it and went through it with the Moto guys also. These odds are overwhelming. 3 telephones doing the same thing to me ONLY. Those odds should be good enough to win the lottery.
Not that bad of odds. I work for them and had 4 samsung a670 phones that wouldn't hold a charge for more than 5 hours. then i got a lg7000 and no problems. i just received the v710 tonight so when i get home from work, i'll probably be on here posting questions..

I guess I can say that with the 2-8 event reminders I have per day, all of them work proper...

I did read the subject of your first post, it reads "calendar reminder problems." is the alarm not sounding? I'm assuming that's the problem.
You also stated that there's a problem after 5-10 times. Is that 5-10 different alerts all in the course of a day; or is that after 5-10 days of daily repeats of one alert and on day 6 it does not work? I don't know how to duplicate the problem on my phone to help you with an answer.
here's what I would suggest:
1) Make sure your ringer in the "alarms" he...
