Hello,

Came across this today;

Verizon is getting the attention they deserve 😈 🙄

I like my phone, but I think the s-h-i-t just hit the fan. Everyone is calling the "Security Issue" bluff.

Good Post!!
Interesting line in the article...
Finally, while there are no immediate plans to permit Bluetooth transfers of ringtones, photos, games and so on, the company isn't the "corporate ogre" it's being made out to be, according to the PR rep. If enough customers push back, the company could change its mind.

Get on your phones and file a complaint with Verizon regarding the crippled bluethooth. 1(800) 922-0204 or on your cell *611 (air time free). The more complaints filed the better our chance of getting Bluetooth service freed!!

Fight the "Corporate OGRE"!!

I just called Verizon and spoke to a nice woman who said she would file a complaint on my behalf with regard to the crippled bluetooth functionality. The entire call took about 5 minutes and she sounded optimistic that if enough people complained, Verizon could change their policy. So, let's get dialing people...

calling in and making complaints with a reg cust serv rep will not do it. Go to vzw.com and send them and email them. If you want to call, talk to a supervisor or that supervisors supervisor. don't jsut let the first rep that answers the phone take care of it. That way it gets noticed more.
