If i want to exchange this phone, would i have to go back to the orignal location of where i activated it? and here's another quetion, hope you guys dont get confused...
bought v710 exchange and get 7000
exchange 7000 and go back to v710.
Is this possible, and if i go back to the v710 will it be new or refurbished? Thank you! 😁

Ok, damn... seriously... As long as your within your 15 days of the purchase of the first phone, it is something you can do... You should get a new 710 but cannot gaurentee it. I would try to take it to a different store and hope they don't view your esn history. They could consider it as trying to beat the system...

You would have to go back to the original location to exchange the phone. If the store is knowledgable at all they wont allow the return. VZW company policy states ONE return within the first 15 days unless equipment is defective. I've seen many customers try this, unsuccessfully
