MPT Question for Sponge

I downloaded MPT and whenever I doubel-click on the setup.exe file I get an error message that gives suggestions for how to fix, including emptying the TEMP folder, and making sure OS software is up-to-date with all patches. I'm using a Dell laptop with XP Pro. Any ideas of what might be wrong?

By the way, what is VMO? Thanks!!

Make sure windowsupdate is updated completely... that version won't work on XP unless there are some service packs installed...
