using Transflash card

I purchased v710 and transflash 128 mb card.
I thought I can move files into the tflash card to view on the phone but every time I put any files, either mp3 or jpg files, the card goes crazy and either crashes constantly or I don't have access to either mp3 or picture viewer function on the phone. What gives?

I heard that Verizon was updating their OS so that there is no "revenue leaks" via tflash card... So is this just my phone or have Verizon already update their OS on their new phones so that users can't access any files on tflash card that have been installed by the owners?

If they have fixed the OS, is their any way to install jpg or mp3 files onto the tflash card to be accessed by v710?

Aargh... it is so irritating, to have...

you formatted the card in the phone *FIRST* right?

Yes, I did format it in the phone first...
I read some ohter post that I have to turn the phone off when removing and inserting the cards. I'll try that next. 🤭

Yes, you are correct. You must turn the phone OFF when you insert and remove the transflash card -- it is not hot swappable.
