Motorola V710
Major Problem with V710
My phone is working fine. I can make outgoing calls, i can receive call. The only problem is my internal screen is completely blank. It is bright white. The external screen is perfectly normal. I have no idea what when wrong, all of the sudden it just went white. Any thoughts? Thanks.

remove battery for 30 seconds.. if that doesn't work, take it to a vzw retail store, you have a 1 year manufactures warranty. they can swap it out3

Happened to me - just tell a tech your problems he should look at it for 2 seconds and give ya another phone.

happened to me, radio shack sucks...took it back to Verizon and they gave me a brand new phone. hope it doesnt happen again, I was not happy at all.

did you buy your phone from radio shack? I am concerned that because I bought mine from them Verizon will not swap my phone.

If it's past your 15 days, You have a 1 year manufac.. warranty, take it to a verizon wireless retail store and they have to exchange it. it's a vzw product
