What would the price of a v710 be if I bought it after my other phone broke, before my contract was over?

full retail is 419.99 form a vzw retail store. that is if you don't have insurance and haven't had the phone for atleast a year so you could do an early upgrade.

Not suppose to get a rebate with that. the rebates are only for 1yr or 2yr contracts. But if you get the phone, go back another day and just aask for the rebate. If they give it to youu, send it in. It wouldn't hurt to try

Like I said, wouldn't hurt to try. Full retail pricing does not get to use the mail in rebates. Those are a promo that go along with the 1 year or 2 year discount promo.

There was nothing in the small print of the rebate form that indicated you had to have a 1yr or 2yr contractor ... or that only people getting a promotional price would get the rebate.

I asked a sales person and they said they were not sure, and "you can try it".

Ok, well, don't want to start a fight, but I'm a verizon wireless employee, and I'm currently at work right now, have also verified it with a store manager here in my local area along with my supervisor... If you look on the rebate, because i have one here, it says," verizon wireless reserves the right to review and approve all offers and modify or withdraw this PROMOTION at any time for any reason." A full retail priced phone is not entitled to any promotions.

Like I said though, it's worth a try....
