After speaking with HelloMoto support, because Verizon's support sucks and couldn't help me with my Bluetooth issue, the V710 will not support data transfers to other devices such as Pocket PC's and Palms. Has anyone been able to get this to work? According to Motorola there will be a software release in the next 6 months that will fix this particular functionality.

I can get the v710 to function with my wireless headset and that is all.

I wouldn't bet the house on it. Read the other million post about the crippled bluetooth. The only bluetooth profiles on the v710 are headset and dial up networking.

Depends what you mean by "data transfer", a fairly generic term. If you mean sending files and contacts over bluetooth to/from a PDA, it can't currently be done with the V710. If you mean Dial-up Networking (using the PDA to access email/web through your phone) that works very well with the V710.
