Verizon Double Double Promotion?

i hope someone can help, i signed up for a double double promotion in may and not sure how many picture messages i was to get, thought it was 40, someone said 80, verizon says 20... if someone please knows reply!

it was 40 pix 500 text through sometime in july, then it goes down to 20/250 for life.
