HELP WITH TF, Please!

I cant seem to get the ringtones or mp3s working. I put the files into motorola/browser/usr/ringtone, change it to .mid, shorten the name with no spaces... but when i change the storage device to tf, it doesnt go anywhere. What am i doing wrong?

don't change to .mid... that's only for "messaging" the rings around...

Also, make sure they're constant bit-rate (CBR) VBR mp3s won't play.

my problem lies in switching the storage device from Phne to Tri-mmc, once i click SELECT on Tri-mmc, it doesnt go further. freezes if you will, i want to know how to send stuff from my tf onto my phone (i know how to vice versa). how do i switch it out of CBR VBR?

re-encode to CBR... and also defrag the TF... see my post at 6:28PM eastern today...

i got it, what happens on a mac is there is a file created that prevents the phone from reading the files, you create a script that deletes the file, all works well - if you have a mac and problems post and ill try to help you (now that i know)
