Greyboy

Hey all

My phone has been great but a few weeks ago, my picture camera stopped working. It says "Picture Capture Failed". I tried taking the battery out and everything, but I cant get it to work. whats weird is my video camera works fine still...just the still camera.

my fried said I can just bring it back and they will replace it with a new one, is this true?

thanks

Yes. Go into the nearest Verizon store and if the problem is with the phone they will give you another one.

I had the capture fail once or twice, in the same session. I think I just powered off and back on and it was fine.

Do you have enough free memory?

Of course it failed and it's going to keep on failing. The CDM-9900 never fails not even once.

Phantom,
You are not bringing anything of value to this forum. Can you just quietly go back to where ever you came from?

I've already reported you (as have a few others) to the moderator and asked that you be removed for being a nuissance.

Thanks

Well, the V710 is of no value either and I can see why your upset. I have Every right to post my thoughts it is a free country after all. You cannot make me go away. You can go report me to Mommy and daddy it doesn't do any good. I can give my feedback just like anyone else. you obviously are getting ticked cause you know exactly what you got yourself into owning the v710. No moderator in the world is going to throw me off for trying to help out others and making them see the light and go with the better quality phone as the CDM-9900. So, you better back off billy!

PROTO you have also been reported to the moderator. Your harassing me and frankly I do not appreciate that. Now, if you do not like what I have to say then go away.

Then you should not be using it yourself. Keep your thoughts PRIVATE not PUBLIC and you will get a better nights rest.
