I'm so mad!!!! I just got back from the verizon store... I was there for about 3 hours waiting and waiting and then arguing and arguing over nothing. First of all i was there, and the service was so slow.. it took almost 45 minutes for 2 people to get helped and for them to finally get to me.. Second of all, they were bitching at us that they couldnt make ANY changes or upgrades to our account because it is a corporate account and there was no one with authorization on the account. They wanted us to go home, type up a letter with company letterhead, fax it to them, and then drive back and get the upgrade. That took two hours to argue with them about. I finally just got tired, and had to call my friend to type up a phony letter, a...

read my post: i emailed them regarding this also and they said that they had not recalled them they have just put a hold on their stock so that they can do some tests on the cameras quality and i guess if they figure out that the quality is bad, "something that all of us have known since the first ones came out" then they will probably recall the phones hopefully all of the v710s that are out so we can replace them with the new ones with the better camera
