Any news on fixing the Low Headset Volume??

With the recall is there any chance they will fix or upgrade the low headset volume. This is a great phone but this Volume issue just kills it!!

I just got my v710 3 days ago and the volume is excellent on both the ear piece and the speakerphone. It is actually louder than my previous vx7000. Is this a widespread issue with the low volume?

I have the same problem. Volume is low on the headset.
