mp3 ring tones

I figured out how to use mp3's as a ring tone with our new v710.
What I did was git that extra memory transflash card, slid it into my computer and transfered a few mp3's. I had to delete most because of space, but anyway after I did that. I took one of them and moved it to the phone section and going to sound, I played it and wow it worked. The next step I clicked on menu and chose use as ring tone. IT WORKED....double WOW.
I did find though a full mp3 leavess little room for another one. So I downloaded on the computer a freeware program called Wavepad that edits music and so I was able to take parts of the songs to make them shorter....after all for a ring tone a full mp3 will not play completely when the phone ring...
