Motorola V710

The camera in my V710 has the "tilt" issue. I took it to my local store to see if I could have the phone swapped out. The store had no phones and they suggested I call *611 to try and locate another store with a replacement. After about 4 different calls to customer service, I was told that the phone has been "quarantined" by Verizon because of the camera issue, and this is the reason that none are for sale or are available as warranty replacements. They also have no idea when the will be available again.

I must say I'm really angry that after nearly $400 to get into the phone with Bluetooth, there is a "how could this happen" defect with the phone and virtually no solution at this point.
