Motorola V710
downloading video msg's.???
Hey, does anyone know how to download a video msg. I received one from my brother's v710 but it always said, "unable to download message, try again later." Anybody have any ideas of something I may be doing wrong or whether it even is possible to d/l video msg's. Thanks.

But my brother successfully sent me one from his v710 and I received it, but couldn't d/l it, is that what you mean?

yeah.. even with all the new video phones, the lg 7000 is supposivly the only one to beable to fully send/receive video

Actually I have sent video messages just fine. My cousin and I have the same phone and have sent each other a few vids. I know though that at first his phone couldn't send picture or video messages, it would either be stuck at 0% status or never get to 100% transfer status. A simple call to verizon fixed that problem though. Tech support did something which had him have to turn off his phone and on again, but after that it has worked like a charm. So try giving them a call and they will be glad to help (be polite though).

My bad, just talked to tech support. Said yes it can work, however, right now, all of VZW 1X services are down or degraded... pix, txt video msgs..
