Update from customer service on "recall"
Verizon Wireless has identified an issue with a limited number of Motorola V710 cameras that are not mounted on the handset specifications. This can result in a photo where the object appears noticeably crooked or tilted. This issue does not affect all V710s. Currently, Verizon Wireless is experiencing a temporary shortage of inventory due to this issue. New inventory is expected to be in stock by late November.
Should you receive a customer that is affected by this issue, please advise the customer the Motorola V710's are on backorder until late November.
