if you fax me one, I can get a rebate since I bought a v710?
my phone was purchased through a corporate account and was purchased before I was eligible for an upgrade. would this disallow me to get this?

so long as you got a receipt, and you paid state tax on it you're elligible... gimme the UPC code off the box so I can ge tthe right one off to you...
One I can fax, but the other one has to be an "original" form so I'll mail em out for free (well the company buys the stamps, but we're all verizon customers)...

Just a heads up,
VZW no longer accepts copies or faxes, or even PDF rebate forms.
They all have to be originals from a tearpad.
People would buy there phones off ebay, goto corporate or and indirect grab a form and cash in still.
That is why they stopped it.
Just goto your corporate store or dealer and say you lost it somewhere around your house, and can you get another one. 🙂
