Aren't you jeopardizing your position by giving us company information? Not too long ago, a supposedly former VZW employee was terminated due to posting "info" on this forum. I hope you're cautious as to what you're supposed to inform us with.

I don't release anything "critical"... but if it's a safety issue, By all means I'm gonna tell people. I also try to reword stuff and be a little vague on specifics when I can without missing the point of the post... If they want to fire me, it's their loss... 1500+ new activations a year...

Yeah, what he said... I only give out general knowledge on this site. Never anything private or never do anythign with info i get from here or mess with anyones account here fomr them.
Anything i say here is the same as if you were to call custoemr service and get me.
