HA, they have no idea of any recall. They did confirm that the only problem they know of is the ability to transfer files through bluetooth. They said that the software update will have full file transfer ability. I thought it was hilarious that they knew nothing about the crooked camera. Well, lets hope the bluetooth update is correct.

I received the same response from Motorola... But, Verizon is not going to allow FULL BLUETOOTH FUNCTIONALITY...
I do love the phone, but both Motorola and Verizon are lying thru their teeth... Nothing new there with Verizon though... You don't get rich by taking care of the customer...
