V710 bugs!!
Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else here was having any other little dumb probs with this phone other then the tilted camera. Mine is an awesome phone liek it alot other then the pictures inside u take it sucks it has blue streaks and is very fuzzy but taking the pics outside its the best camera phone ive ever had. The other little probs I have every once in a while is sometimes when u go to alarm and u select a ringtone for the alarm sometimes is goes to none for some reason this happen to me last week for 2 days straight and i just thought I was in a deep sleep and didnt hear it but then when it happen to me the second day i checked and the alarm said none was selected which was not right cuz its always been selected. the other prob i have alot is I have everyone on there own ring and lets say my friend kyle is calling on the outside screen it will say kyle calling and have his ringtone going off and then sometimes it will say kyle kyle calling and have another ringtone going off i never picked and I mean sometimes it happens where there call its fine and there call literally 3 min later and the ring is completly diff and instead of saying the name once it says it twice KYLE KYLE CALLING...its weird and the ringer that the phone selects is one of the ones that comes with the phone....anyone else having this prob sometimes any help at all on what to do? I called customer service today and they called my local retail store and they said that they wont have any new ones in on the 29th or anytime soon they said at this time there is no date on when the new ones will come out so i mean it sounds like we could be waiting a while..so like what are we suppose to do if something happens to our phones...I paid 520.00 for this phone there not going to replace it with some cheap phone or even the vx-7000 cuz none of these phones have a transflash card and I paid 70.00 for it so im not waisting 70.00 on the transflash for a phone that dont have it...any thoughts?

My phone does the same thing as far as the ringing a different ringer when it displays Name Name calling.

😡 I am very upset with how my phone has been acting. The issues mentioned above are the same that have been happening to me and I do not know what to do. I have already replaced my phine once and I want it replaced for a second time with a phone that I can depend on. I paid alt of money and have stayed a verizon customer because of there great service and phones that I liked. After I hit this roadblock I am having second thoughts about it.....where does the solution lay????

I have the same exact problems with my phone, Name, Name, ringtone change etc. Also the most noticable now is the fact that sometimes when I go to my "contacts" the phone will freeze up and after about 10 sec it will display, "No Service" and the hour glass will flip for about another 10-20 sec then it will get full bar and be fine until i try and use "contacts" again soon after where it will redue the above. If i leave it alone for a while (5-10min) it will work just fine.
I went to my VSW store and they told me Motorola had recalled/quarenteened/pulled the phones from the shelves and did not have a date when they would be getting new ones. So while i was visiting family in PA i went to a store there and they told me the same exact thin...
