Motorola V710

I got my V710 the second week they were out, it's not abused at all, today while talking on it I felt something hit my hand, It was the outer lens ring!! nice!! ( never been dropped) btw, the lens seems to be in crooked, like something is pulling one side of it down in the phone, I glued the ring back on 2hrs ago, Also, the camera seems to be locking up when I go into that function, the only way out it to turn the phone off and then back on, I hate the picture quality but I like the phone.
