I went to my local Verizon Store yesterday evening and told the techs that I had a tilted lens problem. He didn't say much, he just brought out a sales girl from the back and she handled the swap. Went Back to my local Verizon Store in Warner Robins, GA and told them that the second phone they gave me had the same camera problem. The manager told me that I got one from the new shipment. They had 3 phones left in the store, and the manager gave me the option of taking one of those or she could FED EX me a new one from the warehouse. I went with the new one from the warehouse. It should be in on Tuesday.

Does anyone that works for verizon know if they did fix the ones sitting in the warehouses??? I do not want to get a 3rd phone that is completely messed up again. Its a pain just customizing it to your own personal settings.

Who out there has gotten the new V710 with the camera lens and firmware fix?

Thank you
