Bluetooth Problem!!HELP!!!

I have a MAC with Bluetooth and it recognizes the phone, but I cannot sent a MP3 to the phone, it gives me this message "Device does not have necessary devices". Any suggestions??

Data transfer is disabled ☹️ .
Yes all of it, pix, flix, ringers, etc 😢 .
only way to transfer files is with a tf card, always a way around everything, just have to find it 🤣 .

have better luck using a funnel to drip the songs in at this point
